Recently, the new episodes of the office have been surprisingly funny!
First of all, I’m a loyal “The Office” fan. I never reconsider my favorite comedy shows and once I saw the first episode of this show, I knew it was brilliant, unique, incredibly hysterical, and needed to rearrange my list. Since Steve Carell left, the show has been missing the funny mark on most episodes of the latest season. Out of the entire season, I can honestly say that maybe 4-6 episodes have been satisfactory but overall, the season has been unsuccessful. This was difficult to accept because this show really had me by the knees begging for more and more! All characters, the entire cast, the scenery, the extreme sarcasm and mockery was the exact amount that grabbed me for a remarkable and comedic adventure. Lately, I’ve been quite impressed with the writing of the show. It’s been a lovely surprise to see the creators of the show trying to embrace on the foundation and cornerstone of this amazing show! I’m glad to announce that FINALLY, THE OFFICE IS BACKKKKK!!!!
For those of you who are curious of my favorite list of comedy shows (to its most current updated version) is the following:
1. Friends (duhhh!)
2. The Office (yayyyy!)
3. Modern Family (wow, it shouldn’t be a shocker… most successful show that’s skyrocketed to numerous awards)
4. The Big Bang Theory (sometimes making me feel stupid but my Finance degree keeps me company while watching it so it evens out eventually)
5. Curb Your Enthusiasm (omg, I forecast this show to only make its way up the list)
6. Married With Children (geez, this is a CLASSIC!!!!)
——————————————————————————————
any shows below the line above really comes and goes in no particular order plus they’re not particularly just COMEDY shows, they can also be DRAMEDY or just damn-great shows, so don’t have a cow:
-The L Word
-Sex and the City (ehhh, not so great but entertaining nevertheless… I blame it on my sex gender)
-Archer (ha!)
-Real Time With Bill Maher (my political fix… nope, not colbert nor stewart due to the fact that they’ve lost their “edgy” side of comedy)
-30 Rock
-Parks & Recreation (amy… oh, amy)
THAT’S ALL FOLKS!
